User experience is central to how customers adopt and trust Fireside. You’ll combine product thinking with full-stack engineering to make the whole platform feel consistent and high-quality, down to the smallest detail.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship new product experiences on our AI-native platform, from first idea to production.
  • Make the user experience exceptional across every screen and flow.
  • Use the product as our customers do, spot what holds it back, and fix it at the source: frontend, APIs, data or AI output.
  • Work as part of the engineering team, in close partnership with Business, Product and Design.

  • Senior product engineering experience: strong on the frontend (React, TypeScript), comfortable on the backend (Python).
  • Taste, and the words to explain why one version feels better than another.
  • An eye for small things: a slow click, a layout that jumps, a label that’s almost right.
  • You find problems yourself and take them all the way to done.

How we work

We build agentic-first. AI agents do much of the building, from planning to code to review, while engineers design the work, direct the agents and own the result. We’re a small team with a lot of ownership and a short path from idea to production.
