AI is at the core of what we deliver to customers. You’ll improve the quality of our AI systems, measure that improvement rigorously, and help decide where our AI goes next.
What you’ll do
- Build and improve the conversational AI that runs live interviews.
- Develop LLM systems that turn large amounts of qualitative data into findings people can trust.
- Own LLM evaluation, so we know when a change makes our AI better or worse.
What you’ll bring
- You’re agentic at your core: building with AI agents is simply how you work, every day.
- Senior production software engineering experience, with strong Python.
- Experience shipping LLM-based features to real users.
- You measure quality with evaluations, not impressions.
- A clear grasp of the trade-offs between cost, speed and quality.
- Care with data, and no overstating what a result shows.
Especially relevant experience
Speech or real-time systems, and multilingual NLP.

We build agentic-first. AI agents do much of the building, from planning to code to review, while engineers design the work, direct the agents and own the result. We’re a small team with a lot of ownership and a short path from idea to production.
